Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy At Shui of Life, LLC, we strive to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness in our scheduling and services. Please review our refund and rescheduling policies: No-Show Policy No refund will be issued if you do not attend your scheduled session, workshop, webinar, or course without prior notice. Rescheduling and Credit Policy If you cannot attend your session and notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the value of your ticket will be saved as a credit. This credit can be applied toward a future reading, workshop, webinar, or course. Credits must be used within 180 days of the original scheduled date. Weather-Related Cancellations In the event of severe weather, such as a snowstorm, the session will be rescheduled, and a new date will be announced. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to guiding you Waiver of Liability: By proceeding with the booking, the client hereby acknowledges that they have voluntarily chosen to engage in a Chinese astrology or feng shui consultation with Lilach Adoni / Shui of Life, LLC. The client understands that this consultation involves an analysis of their personal information, including but not limited to their birth date, time, and place, and that the interpretation of this information is subject to the practitioner's knowledge, experience, and intuition. The client understands that the practitioner will provide advice and recommendations based on Chinese astrology or feng shui principles, but that this advice does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes or results. The client acknowledges that the practitioner is not a licensed medical or mental health professional and that the consultation is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice. The client hereby releases and waives any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the Chinese astrology or feng shui consultation, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the analysis or interpretation of their personal information, or any damages or losses incurred as a result of following the advice or recommendations provided by the practitioner. The client further acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions and that they will not hold the practitioner responsible for any consequences that may arise from the use of the information or recomme
