Cancellation Policy

Booking Process: All in-person bookings must be arranged through direct communication with Shui of Life, LLC via email or phone. The booking will only be confirmed after a detailed discussion regarding the workshop and client validation. Payment Terms: Full payment for the consults and any applicable travel expenses (including transportation, accommodation, and meals) must be made at the time of booking confirmation. Failure to pay for travel expenses will result in cancellation, and the client will be charged the total booking price. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations are non-refundable. If a client cancels after booking, they will be charged the full workshop price, as well as any incurred travel expenses. In the case of a no-show, the client will also be charged the full price of the workshop and any travel expenses. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule the workshop, but any expenses incurred for rescheduling, including additional travel costs or payment processing fees, will be the client's responsibility. Rescheduling must be communicated and agreed upon in advance with Shui of Life, LLC. Travel Expenses: The client is responsible for all travel expenses related to the workshop. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon before finalizing the booking. Waiver of Liability: By booking, the client acknowledges that they have voluntarily chosen to engage in a Chinese astrology or feng shui workshop with Lilach Adoni / Shui of Life, LLC. The client understands that this workshop involves the analysis of their personal information, including their birth date, time, and place, and that the interpretation is subject to the practitioner’s expertise. The client agrees that all advice and recommendations provided are based on Chinese astrology or feng shui principles, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. The client acknowledges that the practitioner is not a licensed medical or mental health professional, and the workshop is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or financial advice. The client releases Shui of Life, LLC, and Lilach Adoni from any liability arising from the workshop, including any errors or omissions in the analysis of their personal information or any actions taken based on the advice provided. The client understands that they are solely responsible for their decisions and will not hold the practitioner liable for any consequences. By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to these terms.
