From Chaos to Clarity: The Day I Chose Me

By Lilach Adoni

There’s a moment—quiet, unassuming—when you realize something has to change.

Maybe it’s folding laundry at 10 PM and wondering why you feel so invisible. Maybe it’s missing another important opportunity because your calendar is a mess,s and your mind is even messier. Maybe it's just the weight, not physical but emotional, mental, energetic.

I call that moment the beginning.

Because here’s the truth: behind every cluttered drawer, every forgotten dream, every one-sided friendship—there’s a woman who's exhausted from holding it all together. And that woman, maybe, is you.

I know her well. I was her.

The woman who gave everything to everyone. Who ran from errands to carpool, to dinner, from people-pleasing to bed—only to lie awake at night wondering, “When is it my turn?”

Fear told me to stay in that cycle. Fear said, Don’t rock the boat.

But fear is sneaky. It hides behind excuses like perfectionism, procrastination, and “I’m just busy.”It tells us we can’t change. That we shouldn’t. That we’ll be alone if we do.

But what if fear is just a signpost?A signal that we’re standing at the edge of something new, something better?

When I studied Feng Shui and Chinese astrology, I began to see my life as an energy map. Not something to blame, but something to balance. Not something fixed, but something fluid.

I realized disorganization wasn’t just about messy drawers—it was about emotional chaos.I saw that low energy in certain elements wasn’t a flaw—it was a whisper from my soul saying, “Hey, I need attention.”

And so I started listening.

I stopped waiting for the perfect time. I stopped silencing my truth to make others comfortable. I stopped pouring into friendships that left me empty.

I chose me.

Not selfishly. Not angrily. But lovingly, bravely, finally.

And that’s what I want for you.

I created the “From Weak to Peak” workshop and tools not to fix you—because you’re not broken. But to help you understand you.

To help you flip your energy from scattered to grounded. To show you how your “weaknesses” are actually untapped power. To give you a map back to yourself.

And if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure—it’s okay. You’re not alone. You’re not too late. And it’s not too much.

You are exactly where your next chapter begins.

So breathe.

And then take one small step today. Clear one drawer. Say “no” to one draining thing. Say “yes” to one dream you’ve been afraid to chase.

Because you don’t have to do it all today.

But you do have to start.

And if you need help? I’m here.

With tools. With truth.

With love.

Always.
